Miles Mullin-ChiversAge: 21 born Newcastle / lives Sydney
Miles began playing the cello when he was 4 years old. He completed his Bachelor of Music (Performance) with First Class Honours at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music under Julian Smiles. Miles has also been taught by Fred Sherry, Tamas Varga, Timothy Walden, Hannu Kiiski, and Howard Penny, Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt, Phillip Muller, and Kasia Hans, with whom he continues to study. Miles performed as a soloist at the Canberra International Music Festival in 2018 and 2019, and is a casual cellist with Opera Australia and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
